Joining our portfolio of developments within Greenham Business Park is the Berkshire Vet. This veterinary practice consists of two storeys of purpose-built offices, staff areas, operating theatres, consultation rooms, x-ray facilities, kennels and catteries, for the treatment of small pets.
We worked with dedicated BREEAM assessors to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘very good’, in addition to providing architectural services for RIBA Stages 0-7 for our clients, being novated to the contractor for a Design & Build contract at stage 4. We worked closely with the end-client, The Berkshire Vet, to ensure that the building suited their specialist requirements and project brief. As a result The Berkshire Vet benefits from a fully bespoke surgery within a highly accessible site for their patients wellbeing and treatment.
