PDP provided a full range of services through RIBA Stages 0-7, being novated during the construction phase to the contractor, Amiri Construction. In the early phases of the project we provided a series of feasibility studies for the client’s appraisals, and developed the design for planning submission in line with the requirements of the Local Development Order. We co-ordinated the detailed design with the appointed consultant team, including civil, structural, mechanical & electrical engineers.
