PDP Architecture llp gained planning consent in March 2018 for 8 affordable rent dwellings for Tandridge District Council, comprising of two semi-detached houses and six apartments.
The houses are both 2 bed 4 persons with associated gardens and allocated parking. The 6 apartments are designed over 2.5 storeys with a centralised stair core providing circulation through each level with access to two apartments per floor. The flats on ground and first floor are 2 bed 4 persons while the 2 flats in the roof space are 1 bed 2 persons.
The scheme was undertaken as a BIM level 2 project and is to achieve Secured by Design Gold, with a completion date in early 2019.
