A Supported Living development for the re-location of a number of existing residents of Osbourne House residential home. Its purpose is to encourage independent living of the residents with non-resident supervision. There were a number of restrictions on the site such as the challenging topography, the existing wild life and highways constraints. The proposals involved extensive negotiations with the Hastings Borough Council’s Consultants.

The scheme includes accessible kitchens and bathrooms with communal facilities such as communal lounge and gardens.

This scheme was also part of a larger re-location programme where pdp undertook designs and construction packages for three sites in and around the Hastings Area.
