The scheme consists of three 2-bedroom houses on the site of a former parking area behind existing post war council houses. The massing, brick materials and pitched roof respected the surrounding properties but was juxtaposed by the form of three render and timber effect panel bays on the front elevation, to give the terrace it’s own identity in the urban context. pdp architecture llp worked on the project from RIBA stage A to L providing the client with the initial design concept, gaining Planning Consent and being retained as the architect by the Main Contractor using a Design & Build Contract.
