Planning permission granted for Tulse Hill

Posted by | June 16, 2014 | News | No Comments

PDP Architecture LLP have secured a planning approval for 42 dwellings on the contentious site next to Tulse Hill railway station in South London.

PDP worked in conjunction with Planning Consultants Iceni Projects via a Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) with Lambeth Borough Council in securing the planning approval on a site which had seen strong opposition from local residents in the past.

Via the PPA, the design team were able to procure a route through planning which addressed the requirements of the local residents and planning officers, to secure an approval for our client Mayfair 500.
