PDP Architecture has gained planning approval for Chesil Street Extra Care

PDP Architecture has gained planning approval for Chesil Street Extra Care, Winchester, for Winchester City Council.

Chesil Street Extra Care scheme is on a prominent site in the city centre and working in collaboration with Winchester based architects Design Engine, PDP Architecture secured planning approval in February 2015 for this prestigious 52 unit scheme with associated communal Extra Care facilities and a Day Care Centre for dementia care. The Practice is currently working on the tender documents with a view to a contractor being appointed and works on site beginning late summer 2015. PDP Architecture will be novated to the successful contractor on a Design and Build Contract.
