PDP Architecture LLP would like to wish all clients, contractors and fellow professionals with whom we have worked with in the past twelve months and beyond a very Merry Christmas and successful New Year.
The Practice has had an eventful and very successful 2014. A number of new projects have been secured resulting in several new members of staff in a number of disciplines joining the team through the year.
We successfully joined Sentinel Housing Association’s framework, saw schemes such as a 60-bed nursing home in Fair Oak, 14 single person apartments for Havant Housing Association, a new gymnasium for Havant Borough Council and a number of housing schemes for Raven Housing Trust all successfully completed this year. Successful planning consents have been achieved for projects including an 80 bed nursing home and 48 unit Extra Care scheme in Waterlooville, a housing estate regeneration scheme in New Milton and a block of 42 flats and retail in Tulse Hill, South London. We are also working with Portsmouth FC to help deliver their new training ground base in the city.
Ongoing work includes current planning applications in for Winchester City Council’s city centre Extra Care Scheme, a proposal for 10 apartments for Raven Housing Trust, and 12 houses for Guildford Borough Council, with the Practice continuing to prepare feasibilities on a number of sites as we anticipate a bright 2015.
As has become custom in recent years, rather than sending out Christmas cards, we will be making donations to the CRY and Rowans Hospice charities.
The office will shut down on the 23rd December 2014 and reopen on the 5th January 2015, so once again we’d like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
