The design incorporates the latest energy saving technology including Photovoltaic Cells, water saving taps, Warmcell which is enhanced thermal insulation ( recycled newspaper), environmentally- sustainable building materials, waste recycling, rainwater harvesting, passive ventilation, low energy lighting, high-efficiency low emission boilers and solar evacuated tubes providing heating and hot water.
New contemporary external materials including stained timber windows, cedar boarding and a warm deck membrane roof make a bold statement within the surrounding area. |
