This project involved the extension of an existing Nursing Home to create 18 additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 4 lounges plus office and storage space.

This was a complex project due to the contours of the site and the fact that all construction work was carried out while the existing building was fully occupied. Traditional construction methods were employed together with under floor and ceiling heating.

This nursing home forms part of a large retirement complex including 75 retirement flats all within landscaped gardens.
